Tasked with enhancing communication within YAI's internal network and fostering stronger connections with their surrounding community, all while driving increased fundraising efforts. To achieve this, I developed a program centered around a 'day out' experience with the individuals YAI supports. This initiative actively engaged local communities through educational activities and open conversations about YAI's mission and non-profit initiatives.
